CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations/refunds. All sales are final
A lot of time & effort goes into preparing for a training course, therefore, we do not offer the ability to cancel courses, nor do we offer refunds of any kind.
Transferability
No reserved training course may be gifted, sold or otherwise transferred to any other party, at any time, for any reason, without express written consent from us.
Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. You may reschedule a course up to 48 hours ahead of scheduled course date/time. Requests made within 48 hours will result in course fees being forfeited, without opportunity to reschedule. A scheduled course may be rescheduled 2 (two) times, after which, course fees will be forfeited, without opportunity to reschedule.
